For over 20 years, Lady VJ has dedicated her career to helping families, professionals, and leaders navigate their most important moments with confidence and grace. As the Founding Principal of The Modern Etiquette & Elegance Alliance (theMEEA), she is pioneering a new standard for modern etiquette and elegance professionals worldwide. A Certified Modern Etiquette & Elegance Coach (CMEC) and a Certified Modern Governess (CMG), Lady VJ believes that etiquette is far more than a set of rules; it is a transformational tool for lifelong success.

Whether she is guiding a student through their first formal appearance or advising influential leaders on global protocol, her heart remains the same—to honor both the individual and the moment. This same devotion led her to establish the Alliance as a professional home where she serves as a dedicated guide for others seeking to start or grow their own careers, providing the same clarity, support, and systems she has championed throughout her journey.

Her perspective is shaped by a truly global career. Trained in etiquette and protocol across Europe, America, and Africa, she holds professional certificates from The Protocol School of Washington and the Fashion Institute of Technology, New York. She brings an international blend of experience to her work, ensuring her counsel is as culturally diverse as the discerning clientele she serves. As the founder of Pelworth: The Modern Etiquette & Finishing School in Houston, Texas, she extends her work beyond professional environments into the heart of the home, serving as a trusted advisor to private households and guiding the personal and social development of the next generation.

Lady VJ is also the Founder and Chief Elegance Officer at NOTIQ.com, a global lifestyle brand celebrated for its elegant and sustainable personal organization products for professionals, later licensed and sold through major national retailers. When she is not speaking or mentoring, she is deeply committed to her community, actively serving on school boards and finding her greatest joy in reading, writing, drawing, and cooking for her husband, children, and their beloved Maltese dog.
