Trained in etiquette and protocol across Europe, America, and Africa, she holds professional certificates from The Protocol School of Washington and the Fashion Institute of Technology, New York. She brings a worldly blend of experience to her work, ensuring her counsel is as culturally diverse as the discerning clientele she serves. As the founder of Pelworth: The Modern Etiquette & Finishing School in Houston, Texas, and a Certified Modern Governess (CMG), her work extends into the heart of the home, where she serves as a trusted advisor to private households, guiding the personal and social development of the next generation.

Lady VJ is also the Founder and Chief Elegance Officer at NOTIQ.com, a global lifestyle brand celebrated for its elegant and sustainable personal organization products for professionals, later licensed and sold through major national retailers. When she is not speaking or mentoring, she is deeply committed to her community, actively serving on school boards and finding her greatest joy in reading, writing, drawing, and cooking for her husband, children, and their beloved Maltese dog.
