LADY VJ, CMEP, CMG, is the founder and head of Pelworth: The Modern Etiquette & Finishing School located in Houston, Texas. Pelworth is home to the renowned The Lady School and The Gent School programs.

As the visionary creator of the Certified Modern Etiquette Professional (CMEP) program, she is pioneering a new standard that expands beyond traditional etiquette rules to focus on genuine confidence and personal transformation. She is also the founder of the Modern Etiquette Alliance, where she is building a network of modern etiquette professionals dedicated to supporting this transformational approach to the industry.

LADY VJ is also a Certified Modern Governess (CMG). In this capacity, she serves as a trusted advisor to private households, guiding the personal and social development of the children in her care.

Celebrated for her warmth, grace, and thoughtfulness, LADY VJ offers expert counsel on personal branding and modern etiquette to a discerning clientele, including influential leaders, first ladies, professional athletes, and members of royal families. At Pelworth, LADY VJ equips her clients to lead with elegance, grace and confidence. Her professional training spans Europe, America, and Africa, and she holds certificates from The Fashion Institute of Technology in New York and The Protocol School of Washington.

Before founding Pelworth, LADY VJ launched NOTIQ.com, a global lifestyle brand recognized for its prestigious, sustainable personal organization products—later licensed and sold in Target stores across the United States.

When she’s not speaking, teaching, or delivering keynotes, LADY VJ is deeply committed to her community, actively serving on school boards. She enjoys reading, writing, drawing, and cooking for her husband, children, and their beloved Maltese dog.
